Honestly, I didn't notice the change myself until I looked back at old photos. What made the difference wasn't some extreme diet or punishing programme. Not at all. Dom works with all levels, from complete beginners to experienced lifters. The programme is built around where you are right now, not where you think you should be.
All sessions are at Bannatyne Fairfield, Kingsley Ave, Fairfield Park, Hitchin SG5 4JJ. The gym has a full range of equipment for weight training, cardio and mobility work.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes. The first session is slightly longer as Dom will go through your goals, any injuries or limitations, and how you train currently.
Let Dom know before your first session. He programmes around injuries and works closely with clients who have mobility issues, back pain, or long-term conditions. If something is outside his scope he will tell you honestly.
Dom provides practical nutrition guidance as part of his coaching. Not a rigid meal plan, but realistic advice you can actually follow. He won't tell you to cut out everything you enjoy.
Most clients notice a difference in how they feel within a few weeks: more energy, better movement, stronger in the gym. Visible physical changes typically follow after 6 to 8 weeks of consistent training and nutrition. Everyone's different.
Yes. Dom asks for 24 hours notice where possible. Life happens, just message him directly and he will sort it out.
